- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g

- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Make a layer of chocolate in the truffle molds and place in the fridge for 5 minutes.
- Then make another layer of chocolate and take it to the fridge while you make the filling.
- In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, chocolate and margarine.
- On low heat, stir until it starts to boil and after boiling, stir for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
- Transfer to a container and place in the fridge to cool.
- Then, I filled the truffle shells and closed with melted chocolate.
- Place in the fridge for 10 minutes and unmold.
