- Melt the 200 grams of chocolate into pieces in a bain-marie, then wait to cool.
- Take one cone at a time and with the help of a spoon, pour the melted chocolate inside each cone, making sure that the entire inside is covered.
- Wait for the cones to dry naturally before filling the cones, this will make the cones firm instead of sagging.
- In a pan, heat the cream, add the semisweet chocolate until it melts, mix until you get a homogeneous consistency, then put it in the fridge to facilitate the hardening process.
- Then remove and beat the mixture again in the mixer, when the dough has a medium light coloration and a greater volume in itself, after that, add the chocolate sprinkles in the mixture, take this mixture back to the fridge, now just fill the cones with the mixture, then pass the melted chocolate along the edges of the cones, this will facilitate the filling of the cone, take it to the fridge for about 20 minutes and serve yourself
