  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate or chocolate powder4 tablespoon
  • Milk or semisweet chocolate bar500 g
  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into truffle molds, make a layer and put it in the fridge for 5 minutes, then make another layer and put it in the fridge while you make the filling.
  3. In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, margarine and chocolate. In low fire, stir until it gets very creamy, don't let it give brigadeiro point.
  4. Wait for it to cool a little and put the filling in the truffle molds and close the truffles with the melted chocolate.
  5. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes and carefully unmold.
