  • chopped chocolate or chocolate powder250 g
  • can of sour cream1 can(s)
  • cup of milk1 cup
  • Champagne cookie packs2 unit(s)
  • grams of grated or granulated chocolate200 g
  1. 1. Dissolve the cornstarch in 2 cans of milk. Then add the condensed milk, vanilla and bring to the boil, stirring constantly, until it thickens. 2. Add the chopped chocolate and stir well until the chocolate melts and is incorporated into the cream. 3. Wait for it to cool, add the cream, mix well and set aside. 4. Moisten the cookies in the milk. 5. In a container, make alternating layers of biscuit and chocolate cream until all the ingredients are used, ending with the cream. 6. Cover the last layer with grated chocolate and refrigerate for 3 hours. 7. Serve next. Note: on the icing, garnish with fruits, such as grapes, strawberries, cherries, etc. Use creativity!
