measure (from the can or box) of Liquid Milk1 unit(s)
Chocolate powder 50%3 tablespoon
Corn starch1 tablespoon
Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
Champagne cookie pack1 unit(s)
Dark chocolate shavings50 g
Confectioner's sugar for icing50 g

In a pan, mix the MOÇA Milk, half of the NINHO Milk, the 50% Chocolate Powder and the corn starch and bring to a low heat, stirring constantly until obtaining a creamy mixture.
Remove from heat and add the cream. Reserve.
Moisten the cookies in the remaining NEST MILK and place them next to each other in a rectangular refractory container (16 x 26 cm).
Cover with a little of the Chocolate Cream.
Place another layer of moistened cookies and another layer of chocolate cream.
Decorate with NESTLÉ CLASSIC Chocolate shavings and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Place in the fridge for about 6 hours and then serve.
