  • Sour Cream - for the white cream1 can(s)
  • Egg yolks (sifted) - for the white cream2 unit(s)
  • Cornstarch (cornstarch) - for the white cream2 tablespoon
  • Milk - for the chocolate cream300 ml
  • Condensed milk - for the chocolate cream1 can(s)
  • Sour cream - for the chocolate cream1 can(s)
  • Chocolate or chocolate powder - for the chocolate cream3 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch (cornstarch) - for the chocolate cream2 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch Biscuit (packs)2 unit(s)
  1. For the white cream: in a pan place the ingredients and mix well
  2. Bring to the fire and stir non-stop, until you form a cream (no need to unglue from the pan)
  3. Turn off the pan and set aside
  4. Repeat the process for the chocolate cream
  5. Now mount on a platter, a layer of white cream, a layer of biscuit soaked in milk, a layer of chocolate cream and repeat the layers until finished.
  6. After assembly, place in the fridge.
