- Chocolate powder 50% cocoa1/2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Put the eggs and sugar in the mixer and beat until you create a white and voluminous cream.
- Dissolve the chocolate powder in the hot milk and put it in the mixer without stopping to beat, and wait another 4 minutes.
- Stop beating, and gently add the flour, and finally the yeast, taking care to keep the dough aerated.
- Place the dough in a greased 22cm round baking dish, with parchment paper at the bottom.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes
