  • Chocolate powder8 tablespoon
  • Refined sugar8 tablespoon
  • Eggs8 to taste
  • Cold water3 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • FILLING: condensed milk2 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Crushed walnuts300 g
  • Crushed almonds200 g
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • milk chocolate (if you prefer, choose semisweet chocolate to contrast with the condensed milk in the filling)200 g
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Walnuts and chopped almonds for garnish0 to taste
  1. MASS: Beat the egg whites and set aside. Whisk the yolks, sugar, chocolate and water in another bowl. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and gradually add the snow whites, mixing slowly. Place in a greased shape with butter or margarine and wheat and take it to bake. Important: do not open the oven for more than 30 minutes.
  2. FILLING: Grind the walnuts and almonds and place them in a pan with the condensed milk, the margarine and stir until it leaves the pan. Turn off the heat and add the cream.
  3. COVERAGE: Melt the chopped chocolate in a bain-marie. Remove from heat and gradually add the cream until smooth. Next to this cream, add the chopped walnuts and almonds.
  4. ASSEMBLY: Unmold the dough on top of a damp cloth. On top of the dough, place the stuffing, roll it up, cover with the chocolate and garnish with the chopped walnuts and almonds.
