Mix all ingredients in a blender
Grease a roasting pan with a hole with butter and cocoa
Pour the blender mixture
And bake at 160°c in a water bath for around 40 mins to 1 hour or until you see that it is firm
Let cool at room temperature. Once cool, let it rest in the fridge overnight.
On the second day, disassemble the pudding and decorate to your liking.
