- Condensed milk | 2 can(s)
- Eggs | 6 unit(s)
- Milk | 800 ml
- Chocolate powder 50% cocoa | 1 cup
- Sugar | 1 cup
- Water | 1 cup
Recipe
- Put the sugar in a pan and bring to the fire until caramelized, put the water and leave it on the fire until it's homogeneous, pour in a hole shape in the middle and book.
- Beat the milk, condensed milk, eggs and chocolate in a blender for 5 minutes.
- Pour the pudding mixture into the mold
- Place the form with the pudding inside another form with hot water
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 1:30h or until the toothpick test comes out partially wet.
- Place in the fridge until completely cooled.
- Unmold and serve
