Ingredients

• Condensed milk | 2 can(s)
• Eggs | 6 unit(s)
• Milk | 800 ml
• Chocolate powder 50% cocoa | 1 cup
• Sugar | 1 cup
• Water | 1 cup

Recipe

1. Put the sugar in a pan and bring to the fire until caramelized, put the water and leave it on the fire until it's homogeneous, pour in a hole shape in the middle and book.
2. Beat the milk, condensed milk, eggs and chocolate in a blender for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the pudding mixture into the mold
4. Place the form with the pudding inside another form with hot water
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 1:30h or until the toothpick test comes out partially wet.
6. Place in the fridge until completely cooled.
7. Unmold and serve
