Chocolate powder (I used 70%)

Corn Starch

Sugar (optional if using dark chocolate)

Chocolate “pudding” in a bowl

Coloque todos os ingredientes em uma panela, mexa bem e leve ao fogo médio, mexendo sempre. Quando ferver e engrossar, abaixe o fogo e cozinhe por mais 3 min. 

Place all ingredients in a pan, stir well and place over medium heat, stirring constantly. When it boils and thickens, lower the heat and cook for another 3 minutes.

Coloque em taças e leve para a geladeira até firmar (+-1h).

Put it in bowls and take it to the fridge until it's signed (+- 1 h).
