- Recipe
- Milk1 l
- Chocolate powder (I used 70%)5 tablespoon
- Corn Starch3 tablespoon
- Sugar (optional if using dark chocolate)1/2 cup
- Chocolate bar1/2 cup
- Place all ingredients in a pan, stir well and place over medium heat, stirring constantly. When it boils and thickens, lower the heat and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Put it in bowls and take it to the fridge until it's signed (+- 1 h).
