- In a pan, melt the sugar. Put the syrup made with the sugar in a bowl, put grated coconut on top of the syrup, on top of the coconut put pieces of chocolate spread and set aside.
- Before melting the chocolate, separate a cup to put in the syrup. Melt the chocolate and take it to the blender, add the milk, egg, condensed milk, cornstarch and grated coconut and beat well. After beaten, place the dough in the bowl where the syrup is already reserved and take it to bake in a bain-marie. Once cooled, place in the fridge.
