Para o caramelo:
Colocar o açúcar cristal em uma panela em fogo baixo e deixar derreter até que atinja uma cor âmbar. Após acrescentar a água morna e mexer para que não empelote.
Deixar apurar por 5 minutos. Desligar o fogo e reservar.

For the caramel:
Place the granulated sugar in a pan over low heat and let it melt until it reaches an amber color. After adding the warm water and stirring so that it doesn't clump.
Let it settle for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and reserve.

Para o pudim:
Levar os ovos, o leite condensado, o cacau em pó e o leite integral para o liquidificador. Bater até que se misture por completo e reservar

For the pudding:
Take the eggs, condensed milk, cocoa powder and whole milk to the blender. Beat until completely mixed and set aside.

Montagem:
Acrescente o caramelo em uma forma com furo no meio
Após acrescente o líquido do pudim passando por uma peneira para tirar o ar e a massa do pudim ficar lisinha
Cobrir a forma com papel alumínio e colocar dentro de outra forma maior para cozinhar em banho maria.
Temperatura para o forno deve ser de 180°. Por cerca de 50 minutos a 1 hora.
Após cozido, levar para a geladeira por cerca de 6h.
Para desenformar com facilidade recomendo que aqueça o fundo da forma

Mounting:
Add the caramel in a shape with a hole in the middle.
After adding the pudding liquid passing through a sieve to remove the air and the pudding mass to be smooth
Cover the mold with aluminum foil and place it inside another larger mold to cook in a bain-marie.
Oven temperature should be 180°. For about 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Once cooked, place in the fridge for about 6 hours.
To easily unmold, I recommend that you heat the bottom of the pan.
