✓1 can and condensed milk

Comece preparando a calda:
Em uma panela, coloque o açúcar e leve ao fogo baixo até obter um caramelo claro.
Acrescente a água fervente e misture até dissolver todo o açúcar.
Despeje o caramelo em uma forma de buraco central e reserve.



Start by preparing the syrup:
In a pan, put the sugar and take it to the low fire until obtaining a light caramel.
Add the boiling water and mix until all the sugar dissolves.
Pour the caramel into a central hole shape and set aside.



Para o pudim:
No liquidificador, bata os ovos, o leite condensado, o leite, o creme de leite e o chocolate em pó, até obter uma mistura homogênea.
Despeje na forma por cima da calda e cubra com papel alumínio.
Leve para assar em forno médio preaquecido até ele ficar consistente (entre 40 minutos e 1h30m, depende do tamanho e da potência do seu forno).
Espere esfriar completamente e leve para gelar por, no mínimo, 4 horas.
Desenforme e sirva gelado!

For the pudding:
In the blender, beat the eggs, condensed milk, milk, cream and chocolate powder, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Pour in the mold over the syrup and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in a preheated medium oven until it is consistent (between 40 minutes and 1h30m, depending on the size and power of your oven).
Allow to cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Unmold and serve chilled!
