- ✓1 can and condensed milk395 g
- ✓ 1 box of sour cream200 g
- ✓whole milk300 ml
- ✓Eggs3 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder1/2 cup
- Sugar (for the syrup)1 cup
- Warm water (for the syrup)1/2 cup
- Start by preparing the syrup: In a pan, put the sugar and take it to the low fire until obtaining a light caramel. Add the boiling water and mix until all the sugar dissolves. Pour the caramel into a central hole shape and set aside.
- For the pudding: In the blender, beat the eggs, condensed milk, milk, cream and chocolate powder, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Pour in the mold over the syrup and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated medium oven until it is consistent (between 40 minutes and 1h30m, depending on the size and power of your oven). Allow to cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Unmold and serve chilled!
