- Chocolate-flavored Maizena Biscuits400 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Milk Chocolate400 g
- Chocolate Whipped Cream1 unit(s)
- Melted Margarine1/4 cup
- Chocolate Chips50 g
- In a food processor or blender, beat the cornstarch cookies until crumbly. Place in a bowl and add the melted butter and mix well until it becomes a dough.
- Put the dough in a pie form and shape it. Make some holes in the dough and bake over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
- For the filling, place the chocolate in a bowl and melt in the microwave or bain-marie. Mix with the cream of milk and take to the fridge for a few minutes.
- The whipped cream has to be cold beforehand. In a mixer put the whipped cream and beat well. Tip: if you don't have Chocolate whipped cream, you can use the traditional one and add a spoonful of powdered Chocolate when mixing.
- After cooling the dough, take it out of the mold and place it on a plate. To fill with the ganache and then put the whipped cream and chocolate zest. Serve chilled.
