- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Milk1 unit(s)
- Melt the two 70% chocolate bars in a bain-marie
- Add the cream and condensed milk little by little, bring to medium heat stirring with a wooden spoon until thick.
- In a glass refractory add a row of cornstarch biscuits and add the milk little by little until the biscuits are soft
- Add a layer of chocolate and another layer of biscuit, do this until the chocolate runs out.
- Take it to the fridge until it freezes then just serve.
