Ingredients

• Egg | 1 unit(s)
• Chocolate Oatmeal | 30 g
• Milk of choice | 30 ml
• Ground golden flaxseed | 1 coffee spoon
• Olive oil | 1 coffee spoon
• Liquid (or other) sweetener |  to taste
• Baking powder | 1/2 coffee spoon
• Orange zest |  to taste

Recipe

1. I added all the ingredients, beating very well. I let the dough rest (I made it the day before the night).
2. I heated the waffle maker, previously greased with a little oil, put the dough and let it cook until golden.
3. I drizzled with the beautiful cocoa & whey syrup (1 Scoop of whey + 1 tsp of pure cocoa powder + water until set).
4. Serve hot 🤤
