Oil3 tablespoon
Milk4 tablespoon
Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
Sugar2 tablespoon
Wheat flour4 tablespoon
Yeast1 coffee spoon

In a large mug, mix the egg with the oil.
Add the milk, chocolate powder and sugar until you get a homogeneous mixture. Tip! Use a fork to mix
Add the wheat flour and mix little by little, so it doesn't get lumpy.
Add the yeast and mix
Place the mug in the microwave for 3 minutes at full power. Don't panic when the cake dough rises. It will look like it will fall off, but don't worry and don't move! It's gonna be okay ;]
