Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds to stir and then another 30 seconds.
Pour into a porridge or a glass refractory.
Dissolve the gelatin with 2 tablespoons of cold water.
In the blender, place condensed milk, cream, passion fruit juice, gelatin and powdered milk.
Whisk well until smooth.
Pour over the chocolate.
Take the fridge to let it get very firm then spread the passion fruit pulp with seeds
Return to the fridge to cool.
