- Refined sugar3 tablespoon
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave and add it to the cream.
- Add the whites with the sugar and beat in a mixer until stiff.
- Gently incorporate the two mixtures and arrange in individual small ports.
- Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours
- If desired, finish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
