- 200 g semisweet chocolate bar1 unit(s)
- egg whites3 unit(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Heat the cream in a bain-marie. Add the chopped chocolate, and cool. Beat the egg whites, gradually add the sugar. Mix in chocolate. Place in a serving dish/cup and refrigerate for 3 hours.
