- Chocolate powder 50%02 tablespoon

- In the mixer, beat the whipped cream with the chocolate powder, the powdered milk and the sugar until creamy and set aside.
- Heat the cream, add the chopped chocolates and make a ganache.
- Mix the reserved whipped cream into the ganache until smooth.
- Pour into individual bowls and refrigerate.
