- Condensed milk390 ml
- Sour cream400 ml
- Milk1 cup
- Chocolate 50%1 cup
- Clear gelatin (one bag)24 g
- Add all the ingredients to the blender, except the chocolate. Dissolve the gelatin as indicated on the package, add to the rest of the ingredients and let it beat for about 1 minute. Add the chocolate and beat for another 1 minute to obtain a very homogeneous mixture. Cut the entire top of the milk carton very close to the edge. Put the mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for two hours. Check that it has a firm consistency and unmold. Optional: you can make it fractionated in any other container.
