Chocolate mousse

Reserve 100ml do creme de leite fresco, o restante leve ao congelador por 20min. 

Reserve 100ml of fresh cream, the rest take it to the freezer for 20min.

No fogo ou micro-ondas derreta todo o chocolate e misture com 100ml de creme de leite e o leite condesado, reserve. 

In the fire or microwave, melt all the chocolate and mix it with 100 ml of cream and the condensed milk, set aside.

Na batedeira despeje todo creme de leite e adicione as 2 cs de açúcar, bata em velocidade máxima por 3 min, após acrescente a mistura de chocolate e bata por 1mim apenas, se precisar após misture com uma colher. Leve a geladeira por 1 hora e está pronto. 

In the mixer, pour all the cream and add the 2 tbsp of sugar, beat at maximum speed for 3 min, then add the chocolate mixture and beat for 1 me only, if you need it after mixing with a spoon. Place in the fridge for 1 hour and it's done.
