- Fresh cream500 g
- 90g semisweet chocolate3 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Reserve 100ml of fresh cream, the rest take it to the freezer for 20min.
- In the fire or microwave, melt all the chocolate and mix it with 100 ml of cream and the condensed milk, set aside.
- In the mixer, pour all the cream and add the 2 tbsp of sugar, beat at maximum speed for 3 min, then add the chocolate mixture and beat for 1 me only, if you need it after mixing with a spoon. Place in the fridge for 1 hour and it's done.
