- 1 - Let's start by melting the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave (watching every 10 seconds so it doesn't burn) 2 - Then let it cool down to room temperature and set aside 3 - Beat the egg whites (to see if it's good, slowly turn the bowl upside down if the white remains intact it's because it's at the right point) 4 - Then pour the melted chocolate and mix with the help of a spatula 5 - Put it in a container and take it to the fridge for 2 hours and then just serve Note: if you want to put some chocolate shavings on top
