Sour cream1 can(s)
Unflavored Colorless Gelatin Envelope1 unit(s)
Chocolate powder5 tablespoon
Water5 tablespoon

Beat the egg whites to snow and set aside.
Beat the cream of milk, condensed milk in the blender.
Hydrate the gelatin with the 5 tablespoons of water and microwave for 15s.
In a bowl place the cream from step 2, the melted gelatine, the snow whites, the chocolate powder and stir.
Place in individual bowls, decorate to taste and refrigerate for 4 hours.
