Para fazer o coração de chocolate é necessário alguns procedimentos especiais:

To make the chocolate heart you need some special procedures:

Corte a barra de chocolate com uma faca limpa e seca 

Cut the chocolate bar with a clean, dry knife

Leve uma panela com água para ferver,quando iniciar fervura desligue e encaixe uma tigela de vidro que seja proporcional ao tamanho da panela,não pode deixar o vapor sair para fora,pois pode prejudicar o chocolate 

Bring a pot of water to a boil, when it starts to boil, turn it off and fit a glass bowl that is proportional to the size of the pot, you cannot let the steam out, as it could harm the chocolate

Coloque os pedaços de chocolate na tigela e mexa delicademente até derreter.
Depois que derreter vamos fazer a têmpera do chocolate,você pode colocar a tigela em cima de uma outra panela com água em temperatura ambiente fazendo o resfriamento do chocolate 

Place the chocolate pieces in the bowl and gently stir until melted.
After melting let's temper the chocolate, you can place the bowl on top of another pan with water at room temperature to cool the chocolate

Coloque um pouco em cima da mão e sinta a temperatura 

Put some on top of your hand and feel the temperature

Vamos montar o coração de chocolate: para uma casquinha brilhante e lisinha,derreta a cobertura fracionada no microondas por meio segundo e banhe toda a superfície da forma,leve na geladeira para esfriar 

Let's assemble the chocolate heart: for a shiny and smooth shell, melt the fractional coating in the microwave for half a second and bathe the entire surface of the mold, place it in the fridge to cool

Depois deste processo,envolva toda a forma com o metade do chocolate blend derretido,manuseando a forma até a cobertura completa,leve a geladeira para resfriar e faça novamente o processo com o chocolate restante,levando novamente a geladeira para resfriar.

After this process, wrap the entire mold with half of the melted chocolate blend, handling the mold until completely covered, take it to the fridge to cool and do the process again with the remaining chocolate, taking it back to the fridge to cool down.

Desenforme o coração em cima de papel manteiga e decore ou faça o recheio como preferir. 

Unmold the heart on parchment paper and decorate or make the stuffing as you prefer.
