- To make the chocolate heart you need some special procedures:
- Cut the chocolate bar with a clean, dry knife
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, when it starts to boil, turn it off and fit a glass bowl that is proportional to the size of the pot, you cannot let the steam out, as it could harm the chocolate
- Place the chocolate pieces in the bowl and gently stir until melted. After melting let's temper the chocolate, you can place the bowl on top of another pan with water at room temperature to cool the chocolate
- Put some on top of your hand and feel the temperature
- Let's assemble the chocolate heart: for a shiny and smooth shell, melt the fractional coating in the microwave for half a second and bathe the entire surface of the mold, place it in the fridge to cool
- After this process, wrap the entire mold with half of the melted chocolate blend, handling the mold until completely covered, take it to the fridge to cool and do the process again with the remaining chocolate, taking it back to the fridge to cool down.
- Unmold the heart on parchment paper and decorate or make the stuffing as you prefer.
