  • Tahini100 g
  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave - in this case, pause every 30 seconds to stir and see if it has melted.
  2. Mix the tahini with the melted chocolate until you get a homogeneous mass.
  3. In a rectangular shape of 20cm x 10cm, line with plastic wrap, accommodate the fudge dough in this shape and cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Place in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
  5. Remove from the fridge and unmold. Cut into squares. For this shape, it yielded 10 fudges.
  6. Keep in the fridge if your room temperature is above 32°C.
  7. Enjoy!
