- Chocolate powder8 tablespoon
- Margarine1/2 tablespoon
- In the mixer First beat the eggs, sugar and margarine very well until you form a homogeneous cream, then add the chocolate powder and beat for 5 minutes and gradually add the wheat flour and milk
- Then add the bicarbonate of soda and mix well, when the mass is homogeneous. Grease the Ballerine mold with a mixture of margarine and chocolate.
- Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees
- Put all the dough and bake for 25 minutes or according to your oven. Stick a fork if it comes out clean it's done. Let cool
