Skimmed milk powder

No liquidificador, bata o leite, a água, a baunilha, o xylitol e o cacau em pó até obter um líquido uniforme.

In a blender, blend the milk, water, vanilla, xylitol and cocoa powder until smooth.

Hidrate a gelatina sem sabor (olhar instruções na embalagem).

Hydrate the unflavored gelatin (see instructions on the package).

Bata a gelatina com a mistura feita anteriormente.

Beat the gelatin with the mixture made earlier.

Coloque o creme em taças e leve para gelar até ficar consistente.

Pour the cream into glasses and refrigerate until firm.
