- Aerated chocolate20 g
- Chocolate Whey20 g
- Mash the bananas and add to the egg, egg whites, oats, cocoa, cinnamon and sweetener, beat well until a homogeneous mass is formed, leaving the yeast last.
- Microwave for 2:30.
- Unmold and place the chocolate on top of the still hot cake to melt.
- Dilute the chocolate Whey with water until it reaches the consistency you prefer to stay like syrup, pour it on top of the cake and enjoy with taste.
