Milk1 cup
Corn starch2 tablespoon
Condensed milk2 can(s)
Sour cream1 can(s)
Margarine1 tablespoon
Chocolate powder1 cup
Dark chocolate bar1 unit(s)

Put the milk in the pan and dissolve the cornstarch in it.
Add the condensed milk + butter and the chocolate powder and bring the mixture to a low heat, stirring constantly.
When it starts to bubble, count 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
Transfer the cream while still hot to a bowl and place the chopped chocolate. Mix everything until there are no more pieces of chocolate.
Put a plastic film in contact with the cream and take it to the fridge.
When it cools down, it will be ready to fill any cake.
