  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Corn starch | 2 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk | 2 can(s)
  • Sour cream | 1 can(s)
  • Margarine | 1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate powder | 1 cup
  • Dark chocolate bar | 1 unit(s)


  1. Put the milk in the pan and dissolve the cornstarch in it.
  2. Add the condensed milk + butter and the chocolate powder and bring the mixture to a low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. When it starts to bubble, count 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
  4. Transfer the cream while still hot to a bowl and place the chopped chocolate. Mix everything until there are no more pieces of chocolate.
  5. Put a plastic film in contact with the cream and take it to the fridge.
  6. When it cools down, it will be ready to fill any cake.
