Em uma panela média em fogo médio, misture o açúcar, o amido de milho e o sal. Junte o leite e o chocolate. Cozinhe, mexendo sempre, até o chocolate derreter e a mistura engrossar. 

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Combine the milk and chocolate. Cook, stirring constantly, until the chocolate melts and the mixture thickens.

Retire do fogo e junte as gemas. Volte ao fogo e cozinhe por mais 2 minutos. 


Remove from heat and add the yolks. Return to heat and cook for another 2 minutes.


 Retire do fogo e junte a manteiga e a baunilha. Refrigere antes de servir.


 Remove from heat and add the butter and vanilla. Refrigerate before serving.
