- Semisweet Chocolate200 g
- Wash the strawberries well, dry them and let them spread out on a clean cloth or paper towel.
- Chop the chocolate into large, even pieces and place in a dry heatproof bowl.
- Place the bowl in another bowl of hot, but not boiling, water.
- Let the chocolate start to melt.
- Then stir with a spoon until smooth and homogeneous.
- Pour into another bowl or a smooth surface and stir with a spatula until the chocolate is glossy and full-bodied.
- Throw the chocolate over the strawberries.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes and serve immediately.
