  • Cornstarch Biscuit120 g
  • Unsalted butter80 g
  • Chocolate 50% cocoa1 tablespoon
  • Cream cheese300 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • refined sugar180 g
  • Milk chocolate150 g
  • Chocolate 50% cocoa1 tablespoon
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Chocolate Ganache200 g
  1. Add the crushed cornstarch biscuits with the chocolate powder and butter and place in the bottom of a mold with a removable bottom.
  2. To make the cream, melt the milk chocolate, mix it with the cream and add the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and chocolate powder. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Transfer to the shape with the cheesecake base and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
  4. Allow to cool, unmold and finish with ganache and chocolate sprinkles.
