  • Butter or margarine120 g
  • Cornstarch Biscuit200 g
  • Cocoa Powder25 g
  • FILLING to taste
  • Cream cheese400 g
  • refined sugar120 g
  • Vanilla Essence2 ml
  • Blend or semisweet chocolate240 g
  • Fresh cream120 ml
  • Semisweet Chocolate300 g
  • Cream if milk1 can(s)
  1. DOUGH: crush the biscuit in the liqui, add the butter and the chocolate. Mix everything until you form a wet farofinha.
  2. Add to the bottom of a mold with a removable bottom and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. CREAM: In the mixer, use the racket beater, and beat the cream cheese, just to mix.
  4. Add the sugar and beat. Now you can add the vanilla essence and the melted and cooled chocolate.
  5. Book this mixture, and beat the cream to the point of chantily. As soon as you hit, mix carefully with the reserved cream.
  6. Pour the cream over the base mass and finally make the ganache and refrigerate until the next day.
  7. Develop and decorate as you wish! I used cocoa powder and chocolate chips.
