  • Wheat Flour220 g
  • Chopped raw carrot200 g
  • Sugar90 g
  • Oil100 ml
  • Corn Starch2 tablespoon
  • Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Syrup: Condensed milk100 g
  • Chocolate Powder2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream100 g
  • Granulated chocolate to taste
  1. I blended the carrot, oil, eggs and sugar in a blender, poured it into a bowl and mixed the flour, starch and yeast.
  2. I used a rectangular bread pan greased with oil, poured a little more than half of the carrot dough, mixed the chocolate powder in the rest of the dough and poured it in the middle of the carrot dough, took it to the oven for 40 minutes.
  3. In a pan I mixed all the ingredients of the syrup, I left it in low fire for 10 minutes until it was creamy.
  4. I removed the cake from the oven, let it cool, unmolded it and covered it with the syrup, decorated it with chocolate sprinkles.
