- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Yeast2 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Place the chopped carrot in a blender, add sugar, eggs, oil and blend on high speed.
- Add the liquid in the bowl and add 2 cups of sifted wheat flour and mix very slowly, put the yeast and pour it into the greased shape.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees. Note; For the cake to be fluffy, the oven has to be heated.
- To make the cover; take the condensed milk to the fire with 4 spoons of chocolate and cook to the point of soft brigadeiro, add the cream already with the fire off. Then cover the cold cake.
