- Unleavened Wheat Flour2 cup
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar3/4 cup
- Oil3/4 cup
- Liquid milk1 cup
- Grease the mold with butter and wheat flour, set aside. Preheat the oven to 180° or medium oven.
- Beat all the ingredients in the blender for 15 minutes, except the wheat flour and the yeast;
- After obtaining a smooth cream, add the flour and yeast and gently stir by hand;
- Add the dough in the greased shape and take it to the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and the toothpick comes out clean.
- Wait for the cake to cool before unmolding. Cover the cake with brigadeiro or frosting of your choice!
