  • Sugar200 g
  • Butter120 g
  • Milk150 ml

  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  1. let's prepare a caramel and vanilla cake
  2. beat the caramel and sugar until the grains dissolve.
  3. Then add the eggs one by one, beating between each interval.
  4. use an electric mixer or whisk in this step, this will give you a better result.
  5. Melt the butter in the microwave and add to the previous ingredients.
  6. Beat again and take the opportunity to turn the oven on 180ºC
  7. add vanilla essence to the cake
  8. the vanilla gives flavor and takes away the egg taste
  9. add the flour and yeast to the dough with the help of a spatula mix
  10. Place the dough for this cake in a greased cake tin and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  11. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool before unmolding.
  12. Until the cake cools, prepare the white chocolate icing.
  13. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a bain-marie.
  14. If you prefer, you can also melt in the microwave, at full power, every 30 seconds, stopping to stir.
  15. Place the white chocolate on the unmoulded cake and let it run down the sides, this gives it an even more beautiful appearance. You can serve this cake with white chocolate frosting right away or keep it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes so the frosting sets.
