Chocolate cake with soft brigadeiro

Peneire a farinha de trigo e o chocolate em pó e reserve.

No liquidificador coloque todos os outros ingredientes e deixe bater por uns 2 minutos, exceto o fermento pó.

Logo vá acrescentando a mistura do liquidificador na farinha, aos poucos e vá mexendo até obter uma massa lisa e bem linda. 

Após adicione o fermento em pó e misture com delicadeza.

Pegue uma assadeira untada e enfarinhada e coloque a massa, leve ao forno pré-aquecido até dourar.

Tire o bolo do forno, espere esfriar e desenforne.

Logo coloque o brigadeiro mole por cima do bolo e depois é só saborear essa delícia.

Then add the blender mixture to the flour, little by little and mix until you get a smooth and beautiful dough.

Then add the baking powder and mix gently.

Take a greased and floured roast and put the dough, take it to the preheated oven until golden.

Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool down, and unfurl.

Then place the soft brigadeiro on top of the cake and then just taste this delight.


Modo de preparo-Brigadeiro mole, 1 lata de leite condensado, 1 colher de manteiga, 3 colheres chocolate em pó, 1 caixinha creme de leite.
Coloque todos os ingredientes em uma panela e leve ao fogo baixo, misture até obter o ponto de brigadeiro. 

Preparation mode - Soft Brigadeiro, 1 can of condensed milk, 1 spoon of butter, 3 spoons of chocolate powder, 1 box of cream.
