Em uma batedeira ou tigela adicione a farinha de trigo, o açucar, o chocolate em pó, e por último o fermento em pó

Bata tudo muito bem até obter uma mistura homogênea.

Leve ao forno por aproximadamente 35 a 40 minutos, faça o teste do palito.

Cake:

Grease and flour a cake tin.

Pre-heat the oven at 180 °.

Beat the eggs, milk, and oil in a blender.

In a mixer or bowl add the wheat flour, sugar, chocolate powder, and finally the baking powder.

Beat everything very well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, do the toothpick test.

Cobertura:

Em uma panela adcione a manteiga ou margarina sem sal, o leite condensado e o leite em pó.

Leve a panela ao fogo baixo.

Misture tudo muito bem até desgrudar do fundo desligue o fogo e
em seguida acrescente o creme de leite e misturando muito bem.

Espere a cobertura esfriar e cubra o bolo.

Polvilhe leite em pó sobre a cobertura.

Dica: essa cobertura é para um bolo médio, se quiser fazer um bolo vulcão, dobre essa receita.
