- Chocolate powder or chocolate powder6 tablespoon
- Wheat flour3 cup
- warm milk1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Milk powder5 tablespoon
- Butter or unsalted margarine1 tablespoon
- Sour cream200 ml
- Cake: Grease and flour a cake tin. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. Beat the eggs, milk, and oil in a blender. In a mixer or bowl add the wheat flour, sugar, chocolate powder, and finally the baking powder. Beat everything very well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, do the toothpick test.
- Roof: In a pan add the unsalted butter or margarine, condensed milk and powdered milk. Put the pan on low heat. Mix everything very well until it doesn't stick to the bottom, turn off the fire and then add the cream and mix very well. Wait for the frosting to cool and cover the cake. Sprinkle powdered milk over the topping. Tip: this frosting is for a medium cake, if you want to make a volcano cake, double this recipe.
