Ingredients: 3 cup Wheat flour; 1 cup Sugar; 150 ml Milk; 2 unit(s) Eggs; 3 tablespoon Chocolate; 1 coffee spoon Bicarbonate; 2 can(s) Condensed milk; 1 can(s) Sour cream; 1 can(s) plum; 1 tablespoon Chemical Yeast

Bata as claras em neve e reserve. Misture todos os outros ingredientes,  quando estiver bem misturado acrescente as claras e o fermento e misture delicadamente. 

Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180° por 40 min.(faça o teste do palito)

Whip the egg whites and set aside. Mix all the other ingredients, when it is well mixed add the whites and the yeast and mix gently.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 min. (do the toothpick test)

Para o recheio:
Misture 1 leite condensado, 1/2 lata de creme de leite e a ameixa. 
Leve ao fogo até engrossar. 

For the filling:
Mix 1 condensed milk, 1/2 can of cream and the plum.
Bring to a boil until thickened.

Para cobertura:
Misture o leite condensado, 1/2 lata de creme de leite e o achocolatado. 
Leve ao fogo até engrossar.
