  • Semisweet Chocolate400 g
  • Unsalted butter300 g
  • Sugar280 g
  • Wheat Flour80 g
  • Almond flour150 g
  • Egg5 unit(s)
  • pecan nuts200 g
  • For the caramel: Sugar200 g
  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter.
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar, with the help of a fouet, so that the mixture becomes foamy. Incorporate this slightly cooled mixture into the melted chocolate, stirring well.
  3. Add the almond flour, stirring well. When the dough is homogeneous, add the wheat flour and mix enough to incorporate.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased removable bottom shape and bake at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
  5. Melt the sugar over low heat, taking care not to burn it. Add the walnuts and keep stirring to combine.
  6. Develop the pie and serve with caramelized walnut frosting.
