Butter1 tablespoon
Culinary sweetener5 tablespoon
Cocoa powder1 cup
Coconut milk + 100 ml of water.200 ml
Almond or coconut flour100 g
Yeast by Royal3 teaspoon

Whisk the ingredients in sequence one by one.
Leave the yeast for last.
Grease a small ring shape with butter and flaxseed or coconut flour, put it in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
optional coverage 1/3 of a can of sour cream 50gr of 70% chocolate, melted in the microwave or in a bain-marie
Mix everything gradually and distribute over the cold cake.
Place in the fridge to cool the topping.
It is delicious and a small slice is enough.
