- DOUGH: Wheat flour220 g

- Brown Sugar1/2 cup
- Warm milk200 ml
- Oil100 ml
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
- FILLING: Whole milk300 ml
- Chocolate powder2 tablespoon
- Soluble coffee1 dessert spoon
- Powdered milk2 tablespoon
- Brown Sugar2 tablespoon
- Iced whipped cream200 ml
- I started by preparing the dough, I mixed the eggs and sugar well with a whisk and added the rest of the ingredients, I greased a mold with butter and flour, poured all the dough and took it to the preheated oven for 35 minutes at 200°
- In a pan I put the ingredients of the stuffing, in low fire I stirred for 15 minutes until it was very creamy, I let it cool. In the mixer I beat the whipped cream for 2 minutes, added the brigadeiro, mixed well.
- I cut the cake in half, wet it with milk and put a part of the stuffing, left a little to finish. I covered it with the other half of the cake, wet it and covered it with what was left of the filling, decorated it with sprinkles.
