- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Flour2 cup
- Chocolate powder1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Milk chocolate90 g
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- In a mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside.
- Beat the sifted yolks, sugar and margarine until you get a fluffy cream.
- Add the flour, chocolate and milk, mix and beat a little.
- Turn off the mixer and gently add the yeast and snow whites.
- Bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes in a 22 cm diameter pan with a hole in the middle greased.
- While the cake is baking, in a pan over medium heat, place the condensed milk, margarine and milk chocolate, and mix constantly until it comes off the bottom of the pan.
- Remove from heat, add the cream and mix.
- Now just put the icing on top of the cake and decorate as you wish.
