- Milk1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- 50% Cocoa or Chocolate1/2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Blend all the liquid ingredients in a blender, adding the sugar and cocoa as well.
- Add this liquid to the flour in a bowl, and beat with a foued until homogenized, then put the yeast and beat slowly just to involve.
- Place the dough in a roasting pan with a hole in the middle, already greased with butter or daisy and floured, and place in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
- Suggestion: You can make a brigadeiro or a chocolate syrup to put on top!
